| Since 1991 Phil has worked for BBC Scotland
as Music Director on their annual network New Year show, broadcast
live from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. In his capacity as
MD he has put together bands and arrangements fora stellar
list of artistes over the years including Bonnie Raitt, James Taylor,
David Essex, Sarah Brightman, Eddi Reader, Midge Ure, Nicola Benedetti and Paolo Nutini. He
has also co-presented the show on several occasions alongside
Cathy MacDonald and Jackie Bird. |
